Victim Robert Keisler
Tacoma Police detectives need your help to identify the suspects responsible for the murder of Robert Keisler, a 51 year-old man from Tacoma.
At 11:20 a.m. on Thursday October 30th, 2003, victim Robert Keisler was shot and killed by an unidentified suspect in an alleyway between Tacoma Ave. and Fawcett Ave. near 40th St. in the City of Tacoma.
At the time of the homicide, the victim was seated inside of his mustard-colored 1976 Plymouth sedan. Witnesses heard a gunshot, then saw two unidentified suspects run away from where the victim's vehicle was parked. The suspects are described as black males, 15 to 20 years old, with medium builds.
Detectives are looking for any information to help identify these suspects.
