Tacoma Police detectives need your help to identify the suspects responsible for organized retail theft.
In early December, the pictured suspect stole more than $70,000 worth of jewelry from JCPenney stores in Tacoma and Tukwila. The suspect approaches jewelry counters, steals displays full of jewelry, and runs to the pictured vehicle (early 90's VW MK2 Jetta), which is driven by a second suspect.
