Pierce County Sheriff's detectives need your help to identify the suspect responsible for a robbery.

On July 26, 2022, the pictured suspect used scissors to cut a loss prevention officer's arm during a struggle over stolen merchandise at Fred Meyer in University Place. The victim's injuries required stitches.

The suspect fled in a gray or steel blue 2014 VW Passat, which was reported stolen in Lakewood three days prior. The car did not have license plates on it, but the front plate frame reads, "Redwood City Boardwalk."
