Pierce County Sheriff's detectives need your help to identify the suspect responsible for an armed robbery.On June 2, 2022, at 1:56 a.m., the pictured suspect entered a Shell convenience store, located at 8401 Canyon Rd E, and asked the clerk for cigarettes. When the employee turned around to get the cigarettes, the suspect pulled out a pistol. The employee ran away and the suspect stole the cash drawer. On his way out, the suspect dropped the pistol, which turned out to be an airsoft pistol.
The suspect is described as a white male in his late 20's, 5'6", with a slim build. He left in a waiting pickup truck, which is described as a smaller, lowered Toyota truck.
